Job summary

Civica is hiring a Program Manager within the Health division to oversee a portfolio of Private Health Insurance customers, acting as the trusted senior contact and driving delivery across cross-functional teams. You will translate business objectives into value-adding solutions with Project Managers, Product and Engineering teams to deliver outcomes.

You will manage revenue budgets, forecast and mitigate risks while supporting long-term partnerships and customer retention.

Qualifications

• Strong PM or portfolio management experience in tech or SaaS.
• Experience managing multi-workstream programs and customer portfolios.
• Strong commercial acumen with budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management with executive interfacing.
• Experience with Product, Engineering, Delivery and Customer-facing teams.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage PHI customer relationships as senior point of contact.
• Translate customer objectives into value-adding solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Forecast revenue, manage risks, and deliver commitments.
• Oversee delivery with Project Managers on timelines, scope, quality.
• Coordinate stakeholders to manage dependencies and reduce risk.
• Support customer retention and long-term partnerships.
