Job summary

Civica in Australia is seeking a Program Manager for its Health division to oversee a portfolio of Private Health Insurance customers, acting as trusted advisor and senior point of contact.

You will collaborate with Project Managers, Product and Engineering teams to translate business objectives into actionable, value-adding solutions and to deliver successful outcomes. The role offers national scope with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Program Management or Senior Project Management experience in tech/SaaS/services.
• Experience managing complex, multi-workstream programs and customer portfolios.
• Strong commercial acumen with budgets, forecasting and customer investment discussions.
• Excellent stakeholder management with ability to influence senior customer contacts.
• Experience across Product, Engineering, Delivery and Customer-facing teams.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes in a complex environment.
• Experience in health, insurance or other regulated industries advantageous.
• CRM platforms, software delivery, bespoke development models, Agile or similar delivery frameworks advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage relationships for a portfolio of PHI customers as senior point of contact.
• Understand customer objectives and translate into value-adding solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee defined sections of Services revenue budget and forecast revenue.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of funded customer initiatives and bespoke development opportunities.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Product and Engineering to deliver solutions.
• Coordinate stakeholders to manage dependencies and reduce delivery risk.
• Support customer retention and long-term strategic partnerships.
