Job summary

Soundbox is seeking a driven Sales Representative to expand our Sydney market in construction, commercial interiors and home furnishing sectors. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with designers, contractors and end clients, and provide tailored acoustic and space-solution products for modern work and living environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Construction Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Marketing, or related fields.
• 1+ year of sales experience in construction, commercial interiors, furniture, architectural products, or building materials.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate with clients, designers, engineers, and contractors.
• A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and adaptability.
• Experience with key account management or project-based selling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
• Identify market trends and customer needs to propose professional, customized solutions.
• Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, designers, contractors, and end clients.
• Support project-based opportunities, including quoting, coordination, and follow-through to completion.
