Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in a top-tier strategy consultancy (MBB or equivalent).
• Proven track record of solving complex strategic problems and delivering large-scale transformation.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Genuine interest in retail, consumer, digital and technology.
• Passion for leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of group-wide strategic initiatives spanning strategy, transformation, digital, technology and customer experience.
• Build, lead and develop a high-performing strategy team of experienced strategists and ex-consultants.
• Shape the organisation's strategic agenda and influence executive level discussions.
• Develop talent, shape the strategy community and improve how the team operates.
