Job summary

Digitas Australia is seeking a Senior Strategist to join our Strategy team and shape thinking across brand, digital, content and campaign initiatives.

You will translate customer insights, market intelligence and cultural trends into clear strategies that drive business results, working closely with clients, business leads and cross-functional teams to develop solutions and contribute to new business growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategic planning, marketing or related agency environment.
• Experience building strategy for major clients and complex business challenges.
• Strong knowledge of CRM, content and social strategy, and customer value propositions.
• Excellent communication, storytelling and presentation skills.
• Can connect strategy to measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic recommendations across brand, communications and campaigns.
• Use customer insight and data to identify growth opportunities.
• Build strong client relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Lead strategic thinking in new business pitches and growth initiatives.
