Oaktree Talent Group & Future State Consulting is partnering with a leading Australian consumer group to appoint a senior strategy leader. You will work closely with the GM of Group Strategy and the executive team to shape the organisation's strategic priorities and drive transformation across the business.

Competenze

• 7+ years' experience in a top-tier strategy consultancy (MBB or equivalent).
• Proven track record of solving complex strategic problems and delivering large-scale transformation.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Genuine interest in retail, consumer, digital and technology.
• Passion for leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams.

I'm partnering with a leading Australian consumer group to find a senior strategy leader to work closely with the GM of Group Strategy and the executive team on some of the organisation's most important strategic priorities.
