TAL Australia is seeking a Strategy Manager to shape and execute our strategic priorities, partnering with executives to drive growth and strengthen competitive position.

You will co-develop corporate strategy, lead annual planning, conduct market analysis, build complex models, and collaborate with senior leaders and external partners to deliver measurable results for the business and policyholders.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
• At least 3 years in strategy consulting or corporate strategy within financial services.
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills for senior audiences.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills; ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience in life insurance, superannuation, financial services and tech domains is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Co-develop and refine TAL's corporate strategy to align with long-term goals and market dynamics.
• Develop comprehensive strategic plans aligned with TAL's vision and strategy.
• Lead the annual strategic planning process, including offsites for Exec team and Board.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitor benchmarking and industry trend assessment.
• Build and own complex models to support strategic projects and extract insights from large data sets.
• Develop relationships with Executives, Senior Leaders, Business Managers and external partners on strategy topics.
