Job summary

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage strategic campaigns, and influence executive stakeholders while upholding Google’s standards for inclusion and impact across Search, YouTube, and Measurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, or consulting.
• Experience in digital marketing and with associated products and tools (e.g., Search, YouTube, Google Marketing Platform).
• Experience driving performance marketing for high-growth global accounts, with a proven track record in search marketing, language-progressive search strategies, and complex digital measurement/attribution frameworks.
• Experience with advertising campaigns and building relationships with customers or agencies.

Responsibilities

• Engage and influence key customer stakeholders by leading strategic meetings to uncover marketing goals and KPIs, translating them into actionable campaign strategies.
• Drive exceptional campaign results, quantify business impact, and demonstrate exceptional value to customers, maintaining account hygiene.
• Build and pitch data-driven solutions to maximize customer value through Google’s advertising solutions, handle objections, and ultimately achieve business growth targets.
• Analyse campaign data, ensuring performance is accurately tracked, and delivering measurable results aligned with customer objectives.
• Monitor performance data to extract key insights, identifying and cultivating qualified upsell opportunities to drive future customer growth and build pipeline.
