Job summary

Zscaler, Canberra-based, is seeking an Account Executive for Federal Government to drive AI-enabled security solutions, build executive relationships, and grow government partnerships with a focus on secure cloud transformation.

You will lead territory plans, collaborate with Solution Engineers, and develop pipelines while maintaining Salesforce records and engaging with industry events to accelerate deals.

Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and how to position AI-driven solutions within your domain.
• 8+ years of experience in Account Management with Federal Government customers.
• Strong understanding of how to work within and achieve success in large Federal Government accounts.
• Established, high-trust customer relationships.
• Experience in leading software companies or consulting organizations preferred.
• Self-starter who can bring disruptive technologies to benefit customers.

Responsibilities

• Understand and resolve customer pain points using Zscaler's unique value proposition.
• Develop and execute detailed Government territory and account plans involving executive coverage, partner alignment, and marketing support.
• Partner with Solution Engineers and engage cross-functional teams within the organization to support customers.
• Foster long-term, high-trust relationships with executives and key customer stakeholders.
• Build pipeline, present value propositions effectively, maintain Salesforce records, and leverage industry events to drive success.
