• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience applying AI-driven solutions to government contexts.
• 8+ years of experience in Account Management with Federal Government customers.
• Proven ability to navigate large Federal Government accounts.
• Established, high-trust customer relationships.
• Experience in leading software companies or consulting is preferred.
• Self-starter capable of bringing disruptive technologies to customers.

Responsibilities

• Understand and resolve customer pain points using Zscaler's value proposition.
• Develop and execute detailed Government territory and account plans with executive coverage.
• Partner with Solution Engineers and cross-functional teams to support customers.
• Foster long-term, high-trust relationships with executives and stakeholders.
• Build pipeline, present value propositions, maintain Salesforce records, leverage events.
