Zscaler is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our Federal Government Sales team. Reporting to the Managing Director, Public Sector, you will manage government accounts, build pipelines, and collaborate with Solution Engineers and cross‑functional teams to deliver secure, cloud‑enabled digital outcomes.

Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging AI‑driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your domain.
• 8+ years of experience in Account Management working with Federal Government customers.
• Strong understanding of how to work within, and achieve success in, large Federal Government accounts.
• Established, high‑trust customer relationships.
• Experience in leading software companies or consulting organizations is a plus.
• You are a self‑starter who can bring disruptive technologies to benefit customers.

• Understand and resolve customer pain points using Zscaler's value proposition.
• Develop and execute detailed Government territory and account plans with executive coverage and partner alignment.
• Partner with Solution Engineers and cross‑functional teams to support customers.
