Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager for 121 Castlereagh Street in Sydney. You will serve as the off-site operations lead for facilities, managing contracts, vendor relationships, budgeting, and client service to ensure safe, compliant, and cost-effective building operations.

You will attend client meetings, prepare performance reports, and coordinate with tenants, contractors, and internal teams to deliver day-to-day excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management for commercial real estate.
• Ability to manage contracts, vendors and KPIs.
• Strong budgeting, invoicing, and financial variance reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to provide after-hours support.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key off-site contact for facilities and building management, ensuring client expectations are understood and met.
• Attend monthly and quarterly client meetings, provide timely reporting and performance reviews.
• Oversee vendor procurement, KPI reviews, tender processes and contract re-procurement.
• Process invoices in line with financial controls and monitor budgets with variance commentary.
• Support tenant retention and lease administration by liaising with tenants and maintaining registers.
