• Lead the operational management of building services, essential services and infrastructure.
• Manage OPEX budgets and deliver approved capital works programs.
• Manage contractor procurement, contracts and performance outcomes.
• Implement preventative maintenance programs to maximise asset performance.
• Partner with finance, sustainability, procurement and project teams.
• Provide reporting and operational updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Support sustainability and energy initiatives across the portfolio.
