Job summary

ICC Sydney is seeking an Account Manager - Exhibitions to partner with the Senior Manager, Business Development International and Exhibitions. The role focuses on growing a portfolio of exhibition accounts, retaining clients, and achieving revenue targets for ICC Sydney and The Cutaway.

• Demonstrated experience in managing exhibition accounts or similar sales roles.
• Strong knowledge of the exhibition and events industry.
• Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of exhibition accounts, focusing on client retention and revenue growth.
• Build and sustain relationships with organisers, CEOs and business owners.
• Lead commercial discussions on event requirements, space, dates and contracts.
• Identify growth opportunities through market knowledge and client engagement.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, account plans and performance reports.
