Job summary

Icon Water in Canberra seeks an experienced Manager, Change to lead enterprise change across the business. You will manage a team of change professionals, guide senior leaders, and drive capability to handle the people side of change with confidence and energy.

You will champion the digital change agenda, coordinate change and communications, and partner with ICT to ensure change is well planned and adopted across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering lean agile change across complex programs.
• Strong communication with senior leaders and diverse teams.
• Experience leading change in digital/technology environments.
• Ability to coach and develop a team.
• Ability to assess readiness, manage risks, and provide insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of change managers and provide expert advice to senior leaders.
• Drive enterprise change capability and continuous improvement of tools and approaches.
• Champion the digital change agenda and coordinate change and communications activities.
• Facilitate workshops and co-design activities with stakeholders to shape outcomes.
• Collaborate with ICT and business stakeholders to ensure change is aligned, planned and adopted.
• Assess business readiness, identify change impacts, manage risks and provide clear insights for decision-making.
