Icon Water, based in Canberra, seeks an experienced Manager, Change to lead enterprise change across the business. You will work with a team of change professionals, guiding senior leaders and shaping the people side of change with structure, energy and practical delivery.
The role focuses on evolving change practices, tools and engagement approaches to meet evolving business needs, including digital change, stakeholder engagement, and co-design activities across ICT and business units.

Icon Water is seeking an experienced and influential Manager, Change to lead enterprise change across the business. Working with an experienced team of change professionals and an established change strategy, model and toolkit, this role will focus on evolving and strengthening our enterprise change capability
You will lead a team of change managers, provide expert advice to senior leaders, and drive organisational capability to manage the people side of change. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who can bring structure, confidence and energy to complex change, while continuously improving change practices, tools and engagement approaches to meet the evolving needs of the business.
In this role, you will champion the digital change agenda, guide change and communication activities, facilitate co-design and stakeholder engagement, and provide a clear forward view of change impacts across the organisation. You will work closely with ICT and business stakeholders to ensure change is aligned, well-planned and successfully adopted.
