Job summary

Icon Water Limited in Canberra is seeking a Change Specialist to support digital projects by applying our Change Management Model. You will prepare, equip and support employees through change, driving adoption and improving project success across multiple business areas.

You will lead change activities, conduct change impact analyses, and work with stakeholders to understand current practice and system use, ensuring alignment with culture and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Change Manager or Senior Change Analyst.
• Strong written and verbal communication; translate complex information clearly.
• Excellent active listening, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven ability to support organisational improvement through effective change management practices.
• Ability to develop and deliver engagement strategies and change plans.
• Confident in conducting change impact analysis and working with stakeholders on readiness and impacts.
• Strong business acumen and ability to manage priorities.

About The Role:

The Change Specialist plays a crucial role within the Change Team supporting Icon Water’s digital projects to produce the results the organisation is expecting. The Change Specialist is responsible for applying the Icon Water Change Management Model to projects, to prepare, equip and support employees through change, and drive adoption to improve project success. This involves looking beyond technological change, to impacts on organisation, people, process and importantly culture. The Change Specialist works across multiple business areas (field based and office based), delivering change in a fast-changing environment. The Change Specialist develops and leads appropriate change activities to support people to transition to new digital solutions such as through change impact and current and future state analysis to fully understand current practice and system use across the organisation.
