Job summary

Micromine, part of Weir Software Solutions, is seeking a senior enterprise software sales leader to expand our presence with Tier 1 mining organisations. You will identify opportunities, build trusted executive relationships and close enterprise software deals.

This role combines deep industry knowledge with innovative technology, cross-functional collaboration, and a hybrid working model in Perth, enabling long-term revenue growth across global accounts.

Qualifications

• Proven success in enterprise software or SaaS sales to large organisations.
• Experience engaging with Tier 1 mining operators and complex stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to navigate long sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans across Tier 1 mining organisations.
• Identify, qualify and close new enterprise software opportunities.
• Present Micromine's solutions to senior operational, technical and executive stakeholders.
• Build long-term customer relationships to drive growth and retention.
• Collaborate with Presales, Product, Marketing and Professional Services to deliver outcomes.
• Represent the business at industry conferences and customer engagements.
• Contribute to revenue growth and market expansion in global mining accounts.
