Job summary

Micromine, part of Weir Software Solutions, is expanding its global enterprise software sales team from Perth. You will identify opportunities, build executive relationships and close enterprise software contracts with Tier 1 mining organisations.

This hybrid role combines strategic account planning, complex stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration with Presales, Product, Marketing and Services to deliver value for customers and growth for the business.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in enterprise software, SaaS or technology sales.
• Experience engaging with Tier 1 mining organisations and complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to navigate long and complex sales cycles.
• Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Experience applying structured sales methodologies to enterprise opportunities.
• Ability to build credibility with executive and technical decision-makers.
• A proactive, resilient and results-oriented approach to business development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans across Tier 1 mining organisations
• Identify, qualify and close new enterprise software opportunities
• Present and position Micromine's solutions to senior operational, technical and executive stakeholders
• Build long-term customer relationships that drive growth, retention and value creation
• Collaborate with Presales, Product, Marketing and Professional Services teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes
• Represent the business at industry conferences, trade events and customer engagements
• Contribute to revenue growth and market expansion within key global mining accounts
