Job summary

Stripe is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business within Australia. You will own a portfolio of enterprise accounts, build strategic relationships, and lead complex deals from discovery through signing.

The role demands self-driven prospecting, executive stakeholder engagement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver multi-product solutions. You will partner with finance, product, engineering, and payments teams to develop business cases and close

Qualifications

8+ years of sales experience, including enterprise, with a record of exceeding targets.
Experience winning new enterprise customers through self-generated pipeline and targeted prospecting.
Ability to develop and execute account plans across complex organisations with multiple stakeholders.
Experience leading multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery to close.
Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own a named portfolio of prospective enterprise accounts across ANZ and develop strategic account plans to win new business.
Build and execute outbound strategies to create qualified opportunities and maintain a strong pipeline.
Map organisations, identify decision-makers, and build relationships with executive sponsors and stakeholders.
Lead the full new-business sales cycle from prospecting to signing and launch.
Coordinate with technical, product and post-sales teams to ensure smooth transition from signing to implementation.
