Job summary

Martin Brower is seeking a commercially minded and analytical Demand Planner in Australia to develop and continuously improve demand and sales forecasts across our Distribution Centres and Quick Service Restaurant customers. This role translates product demand signals into accurate supply plans that support service, inventory, waste and working capital outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain planning roles (demand, inventory, or supply), ideally within FMCG, food or logistics.
• Advanced Excel skills and data-driven problem solving.
• Experience contributing to IBP/S&OP processes is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts across products and customer networks.
• Analyse demand trends, seasonal impacts, promotions and market activity to improve forecast accuracy.
• Contribute to S&OP and IBP processes through demand insights, scenario planning and reporting.
• Partner with Supply, Inventory and Restaurant Planning teams to balance service, inventory and supply outcomes.
• Identify forecast risks, variances and improvement opportunities through data-driven analysis.
• Support new product launches, business projects and network growth initiatives.
• Contribute as a key member of the Supply Chain Solutions leadership team.
