Randstad is seeking a Demand Planning Specialist in Australia to lead end-to-end demand planning, optimize inventory, and minimize disruptions in a fast-paced retail environment. You will drive the S&OP cycle, manage demand plans in SAP IBP, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align forecasts and supply with business goals.

The role requires 3–5 years in demand planning, SAP/IBP experience, and strong Excel capability.

Formación

• 3–5 years of proven experience within Demand Planning and Supply Chain Management operations.
• Deep, hands-on experience using SAP and SAP IBP.
• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel-driven data modeling.
• A University Degree (strongly preferred).
• Experience in high-demand, fast-paced retail/consumer goods environment (FMCG/CE).
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the Australian Sales & Operations Planning cycle with cross-functional collaboration to challenge, validate, and align forecasts.
• Maintain and upload accurate demand plans into the SAP IBP system weekly for on-time replenishment.
• Evaluate short-term demand fluctuations and refine baseline forecast models to reflect market changes.
• Lead regular deep dives into account-level forecast hits/misses with sales teams to improve forecast accuracy.
• Manage inventory health by safety stock, lead times, and depletion strategies; monitor phase-in/phase-out plans with Commercial teams.
• Coordinate with Supply and Shipping to track inbound orders and prepare weekly stock/supply reports to resolve bottlenecks.
