The Martin Brower Co. is seeking a Restaurant Planner in our Australia-based Supply Chain team. You will manage system settings affecting order proposals, including safety stock, yield, and replenishment attributes.

Key responsibilities include analyzing safety stock for events, optimizing restaurant yield, and supporting planner training, while maintaining recipe setups and BOMs for promotions. This role emphasizes data-driven insights and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analytics and planning.
• Advanced knowledge of the KOMPASS suite.
• Expertise in data analysis and visualization tools including Excel and Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills with a passion for data and insights.
• Ability to think critically in complex situations and deal with ambiguity.
• Organise findings and communicate clearly and effectively.

Responsabilités

• Analyse safety stock settings for events and promotions.
• Analyse restaurant yield calculations and identify trends.
• Support training and education of restaurant planners.
• Maintain setups of recipes and BOM management for promotions.
• Review exception reporting to ensure order accuracy.
• Model the impact of ROP setting changes on planning and supply chain.
• Develop and maintain restaurant planning support tools.
• Prepare training material related to processes.
• Present changes to safety stock policy to leadership.
• Produce ad hoc reports on promotions and planning.
