Martin Brower Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a commercially minded and analytical Demand Planner to develop, maintain and continuously improve demand and sales forecasts across Distribution Centres and Quick Service Restaurant customers. This role translates demand signals into accurate supply plans to support service, inventory, waste and working capital outcomes.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyse complex data, identify demand trends, and develop accurate forecasts.
• Experience in supply chain planning roles (demand, inventory, or supply) within FMCG, food or logistics.
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with SAP or JDE or similar systems.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts across products and customer networks.
• Analyse demand trends, seasonal impacts, promotions and market activity to improve forecast accuracy.
• Contribute to S&OP and IBP processes through demand insights, scenario planning and reporting.
• Partner with Supply, Inventory and Restaurant Planning teams to balance service, inventory and supply outcomes.
• Identify forecast risks, variances and improvement opportunities through data-driven analysis.
• Support new product launches, business projects and network growth initiatives.
• Contribute as a key member of the Supply Chain Solutions leadership team
