Job summary

Red Bull Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Demand & Supply Planner to lead the rolling 18‑month consensus demand plan across finished goods, using statistical models and collaborating with Sales, Marketing and Finance.

You will drive forecast accuracy, manage inventory, support S&OP, and optimise costs across state stock; requires 5+ years in planning, SAP/ APO/IBP, and advanced Excel. Based in Sydney with Australia work rights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior demand and supply planning experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field; statistics/engineering focus is a plus.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
• APICS certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyse data to challenge the sales forecast and improve accuracy.
• Maintain a rolling 18‑month forecast aligned to demand plans.
• Manage inventory targets, safety stock and stock movements.
• Prepare, report and communicate forecast and supply risks to management.
