Job summary

The Martin-Brower Co. is seeking a commercially minded and analytical Demand Planner in Sydney to develop and maintain demand forecasts across our distribution network and Quick Service Restaurant customers.

You will translate demand signals into supply plans to support service levels, inventory control and working capital goals. Working across S&OP/IBP processes, you will provide insights, identify risks and opportunities, and drive consensus forecasts with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Forecast demand accurately to support service and inventory goals.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve forecast accuracy.
• Experience in FMCG, food or logistics demand planning.
• Strong inventory management and replenishment understanding.
• Operate strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment.
• Stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
• Advanced Excel and ERP systems experience.
• IBP/S&OP knowledge is desirable.
• Track record of driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts across products and networks.
• Analyze trends, seasonality and promotions to improve forecast accuracy.
• Contribute to S&OP and IBP with insights and reporting.
• Collaborate with Supply, Inventory and Restaurant Planning teams.
• Identify forecast risks and opportunities through data analysis.
• Support new product launches and growth initiatives.
• Be a key member of the Supply Chain Solutions leadership team.
