Job summary

Paxus is seeking two Project Support Officers to join a high-profile defence program in Canberra. You will help ensure smooth delivery, maintain project data, and assist with governance documentation.

The role supports ICT, facilities, and workforce coordination across a national security initiative. The ideal candidate has strong organisational skills, PMO or project-support experience, and is eligible for NV1 clearance.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Experience supporting project teams or PMOs.
• NV1 security clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum two years supporting project management or coordination roles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate project databases and documentation.
• Support stakeholder engagement and coordination of meetings/workshops.
• Assist with reports, briefs, and presentations for governance and leadership.
• Track and monitor project activities and follow-up actions.
• Support workforce/resource databases and confidentiality requirements.
