Job summary

Paxus - Technology + Digital Talent is seeking two Project Support Officers in Canberra to help ensure smooth delivery of a major defence ICT program. You will manage project data, assist with documentation and stakeholder engagement, and support coordination across teams.

The role requires strong organisational skills, PMO experience, and the ability to work with security and confidentiality requirements. An NV1 clearance or ability to obtain one is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting project teams or PMOs.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Ability to manage databases, document control and records.
• Excellent communication, including reports, briefs and presentations.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops and stakeholder engagements.
• Track and monitor project activities and follow-up actions.
• Experience maintaining workforce/resource databases.
• Ability to work with security processes and confidentiality requirements.
• NV1 security clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Prior defence or government project experience is desirable.
• Onboarding/offboarding experience and familiarity with defence information management standards are advantageous.
