Cleared Recruitment is seeking a motivated and organised Project Support Officer to join a Defence project team in Canberra, supporting delivery and sustainment of specialised communications and technology capabilities.

This full-time role offers exposure to procurement, logistics, stakeholder engagement and project administration, contributing to the successful delivery of critical capability outcomes within a collaborative Defence environment.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement activities: preparation, review, and coordination of procurement docs.
• Generate purchase orders and assist with invoice approvals and financial administration.
• Coordinate with end users and industry partners for sustainment and warranty support.
• Manage equipment preparation, dispatch, tracking, and movements through Defence supply chain processes.
• Assist with asset disposal activities with controlled handling requirements.
• Develop and maintain project plans and supporting documentation.
• Prepare briefs, reports, submissions, and correspondence for senior stakeholders.
