Boeing Defence Australia is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to shape and lead growth in Battlespace Communications Systems from Brisbane, with relocation support for the right candidate.

You will join a team delivering innovative solutions to the Australian Defence Force and international customers, driving strategy and winning new business in a dynamic defence environment.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Australian Defence Organisation and capability development.
• Operational experience with ADF battlespace communications is highly regarded.
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence abilities.
• Proven experience in leading teams and managing complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Defence and Boeing stakeholders to align value proposition with Defence needs.
• Analyse ADF requirements for Joint C4 capabilities and contribute to future strategy.
• Lead new business campaigns for battlespace communications and services.
• Head a multi-discipline team to craft compelling offers.
• Develop a strong stakeholder network across Defence, Boeing and suppliers.
• Provide information and briefs to senior leaders.
