Job summary

Boeing Defence Australia is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to shape and lead Boeing's Battlespace Communications Systems growth strategy. This Brisbane-based role includes relocation support for the right candidate and offers a pathway to influence the Australian Defence Force's next-generation C4 capabilities, partnering with international customers.

You will engage Defence stakeholders, lead a multi-disciplinary team, and craft compelling offers that showcase Boeing's solutions

Qualifications

Familiarity with the Australian Defence Organisation and defence capability development.
Operational experience with ADF battlespace communications capabilities is highly regarded.
Highly developed communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Proven experience in leading teams and managing complex projects.

Responsibilities

Engage with Defence and Boeing stakeholders to align value propositions with Defence needs.
Analyse ADF requirements for Joint C4 capabilities and contribute to future strategy.
Lead new business campaigns involving battlespace communications capabilities and services.
Lead a multi-discipline team to create compelling offers showcasing Boeing.
Develop a strong stakeholder network across Defence, Boeing and suppliers.
Provide information and decision briefs to senior leaders.
