Qualifications

• Australian citizenship required; Defence security clearance highly regarded.
• Experience with ADF battlespace or Defence capability development preferred.
• Strong communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proven track record leading teams and managing complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Defence and Boeing stakeholders to align value proposition with Defence needs.
• Provide operational understanding and strategy leadership to technical teams on C4 capabilities.
• Analyse Australian Defence Force Joint C4 requirements and contribute to capability strategy.
• Lead multi-discipline teams to create compelling offers showcasing Boeing strengths.
• Develop a strong stakeholder network across Defence, Boeing and suppliers.
• Provide information and decision briefs to senior business leaders.
