Job summary

Foreign Trade Bank of Cambodia is seeking a Relationship Executive for Corporate Lending to grow loan portfolios with target borrowers and maintain strong client relationships. The role emphasizes credit policy adherence, sales targets, and cross-selling of banking products.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or economics, and some sales or customer service experience, with strong English and data skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance, economics or a related field.
• Fresh Graduate or 1 year experience in sales or customer service is preferred.

• Proficient in professional and formal writing.

• English and Computer Skills (Word, Excel, and Power Point).

Responsibilities

• Provide loan to target borrowers based on Credit Policy of the Foreign Trade Bank of Cambodia.
• Focus on achieving sales annual target, with sustainable long-term growth through implementing effective client retention and new client acquisition strategies.
• Monitor the quality of lending remains consistent with the bank’s risk appetite.
• Build good relationship with potential customers, management, staffs, and local authorities at all levels to ensure that the bank’s lending operation going smoothly and having strong supportive from them.
• Ensure that cross-selling activities, such as deposit collection, transfer, and other banking product is widely implemented during loan process.
• Assist Relationship Manager in enhancing key differentiation and value proposition of the bank’s corporate lending to ensure customers excellence banking experience.
• Improve work quality through well-trained, and keep learning about loan structuring, lobbying skills, and business communication.
• Monitor and achieve performance indicators (KPIs) set by manager;
• Perform other duties as assigned by line manager.
