Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance, Economics or related field.
• At least 5 years in lending-related work and customer service preferred.
• Strong loan assessment and financial analysis skills.
• Proficient in professional and formal writing.
• Data analysis skills; English and computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist management in leading corporate lending team and monitor loan quality.
• Achieve annual sales targets and drive growth via client retention and new client acquisition.
• Ensure lending quality aligns with risk appetite and regulatory compliance.
• Build relationships with customers, management, staff and local authorities.
• Promote cross-selling of banking products during loan processes.
• Enhance value proposition of corporate lending for excellent customer experience.
• Support development of lending-related products in line with policy and laws.
• Improve work quality through training and learning about loan structuring and business communication.
• Monitor and achieve KPIs set by management.
