Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Accounting and Finance or a related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in sales and customer service is preferred.
• Strong selling, negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect deposit from corporate customers and stakeholders to hit annual targets and drive long-term growth.
• Build relationships with potential customers, management, staff and public entities to support corporate banking operations.
• Identify and reach out to customers to promote bank products and services in meetings.
• Resolve customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction and retain clients.
• Present, promote and sell products and services to current and potential customers.
• Coordinate with team members and other departments to improve sales efforts.
• Analyze market potential, monitor sales performance and prepare status reports.
• Provide feedback to product development on potential improvements to meet market needs.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
