Qualifications

• Proven employer branding and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare recruitment announcements and job descriptions.
• Coordinate shortlisting, testing, interviewing, and background checks.
• Negotiate salaries and finalize offers for new hires.
• Update job announcements on bank website and partner sites.
• Maintain applicant records and monthly reports for management.
• Assist with new employee orientation and onboarding.
• Collaborate with departments to refine roles and responsibilities.
• Engage with educational institutions and job fairs to attract candidates.
• Respond to candidate inquiries and provide timely feedback.
