Job summary

Sydney Metro is seeking a permanent, full-time Contract Manager to lead a team delivering contract management, procurement governance and commercial assurance for the award-winning Sydney Metro project. The role focuses on developing and implementing governance frameworks, minimising risks and driving value-for-money across complex infrastructure collaborations.

You will guide senior stakeholders, strengthen supplier relationships and enhance contract management practices.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial judgement and governance background.
• Experience leading contract management, procurement governance and supplier performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage a collaborative team delivering contract management, procurement governance and commercial assurance for the Sydney Metro project.
• Lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of contract management systems, procurement strategies and governance frameworks.
• Help minimise contractual and probity risks and strengthen supplier performance.
• Build relationships across integrated project teams, government agencies, service providers and contractors to navigate complex commercial matters.
• Lead and develop others, influence senior stakeholders and contribute to contract management practices across Sydney Metro.
