Job summary

Transport for NSW, via Sydney Metro, seeks a Commercial Officer for a fixed-term role up to 24 months to support the commercial team and manage contract administration tasks on major infrastructure projects.

You’ll administer complex payments under a PPP contract, manage procurement, reporting, and change control papers while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Administration experience with high level attention to detail and ability to multitask in a contract administration setting.
• Ability to work in a team and be accountable to complete tasks.
• Discretion, confidentiality, and political sensitivity when liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-level business support and ensure the efficient functioning of the commercial team.
• Provide contract management support across the commercial team, including administering complex payments under a PPP contract.
• Provide contract management support (including claims/disputes), procurement, financial management, reporting, register management, daily Teambinder administration, drafting relevant change control procedure papers, modification notices and briefing notes.
