Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a senior Contract Manager to lead contract management, procurement governance and commercial assurance for the Sydney Metro project from its Sydney base.

You will develop systems and governance frameworks to minimise risk, strengthen supplier performance and deliver value-for-money outcomes while guiding a skilled team and engaging across government and industry.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of NSW Government procurement policies and guidelines.
• Experience leading contract management and procurement governance in complex projects.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage a collaborative team delivering contract management, procurement governance and commercial assurance for the award-winning Sydney Metro project.
• Lead development and implementation of contract management systems, procurement strategies and governance frameworks to minimise risks and deliver value-for-money.
• Build strong relationships across project teams, government agencies, providers and contractors to resolve complex commercial issues.
• Lead and develop others, influence stakeholders and improve contract management practices across Sydney Metro.
