Job summary

Sydney Metro is seeking a Commercial Officer to deliver high-level business support and ensure the efficient functioning of the commercial team. This fixed term full-time role involves contract management support across the team, including administering complex payments under a PPP contract, procurement, financial management, reporting, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Administration experience with high attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in contract administration.
• Strong teamwork and accountability in a project setting.
• Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality in stakeholder liaison.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-level business support for the commercial team.
• Administer complex payments under a PPP contract and assist in contract management (claims/disputes).
• Provide procurement, financial management, reporting, and documentation support.
• Assist in modification notices and briefing notes; support daily Teambinder administration.
