Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a capable Contract Manager to lead a team delivering contract management, procurement governance and commercial assurance for the award-winning Sydney Metro project. You will steer development and implementation of contract management systems and governance frameworks to minimise risks and optimise value.

Qualifications

Demonstrated leadership in complex government contracts.
Strong contract management and governance capability.
Knowledge of NSW Government procurement policies and guidelines.

Responsibilities

Manage a collaborative team delivering contract management, procurement governance and commercial assurance for the Sydney Metro project.
Lead development and continuous improvement of contract management systems, procurement strategies and governance frameworks to minimise risk and improve supplier performance.
Build relationships across project teams, government agencies, service providers and contractors to navigate complex commercial matters.
Lead and develop others, influence senior stakeholders and contribute to improvements of contract management practices.
