Baker Hughes is seeking a Contracts & Commercial Manager - Projects to provide contract and commercial leadership on a multi-discipline Subsea project. You will manage the contractual and financial delivery in line with the execution plan and report to the Regional Contracts Director, interfacing with internal units and the client to shape execution strategy and profitability.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent, substantial contract management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration required; other relevant legal, commercial or energy-related degree acceptable.
• Substantial contract management experience in energy, resources or capital construction environments.
• Proven track record in improving project profitability, cash flow and controlling commercial risk.

Responsabilités

• Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of large-scale, complex projects; act as primary authority for contractual matters.
• Oversee commercial arrangements, variations, amendments; ensure adherence and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and provide leadership on contractual matters to senior management.
• Identify and manage commercial risks across scopes of work; control overall project profile and opportunity review.
• Oversee subcontracts and major purchases to mitigate risks and manage opportunities.
• Drive the commercial performance of awarded projects.
