Baker Hughes is seeking a Sr. Commercial Tender Manager to own complex SPS pursuits from shaping through proposal submission and handover to execution. You will lead cross-functional teams with discipline and commercial rigor, driving a winning Bid to Win strategy aligned to customer requirements.

The role requires experience in tender management, costings, and commercial leadership, with a proactive approach to stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced energy environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in tender management, commercial operations, project management or related functions within energy/oil & gas subsea or EPC.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross-functional pursuits with multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Anchor Bid to Win strategy with product offerings and execution strategies, coordinating inputs and approvals.
• Shape competitive execution strategy with ownership of Bid to Execute governance.
• Drive Costing & Engineering teams to align with tender requirements and bidding strategy.
• Identify risks and opportunities and develop mitigation plans with stakeholders.
• Manage all commercial matters influencing bid strategy and support Sales leadership.
• Understand customer drivers and translate into winning opportunity strategies.
• Coordinate with engineering, sourcing, supply chain and planning to prepare detailed offerings.
