The Contracts & Commercial Manager - Projects leads contractual and commercial delivery for complex subsea projects, reporting to the Regional Contracts Director and shaping execution strategy to protect profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Substantial contract management experience in energy/resources/capital construction environments.
• Proven track record in improving project profitability, cash flow and managing commercial risk.

Responsibilities

• All Commercial & Contractual aspects of large-scale, complex projects and act as the primary authority for Contractual matters.
• Management of all contractual related aspects, including commercial arrangements, variations, amendments, adherence and reporting.
• Establish and maintain compliance with the specific Contract requirements.
• Provide leadership, advice, and guidance to senior management on specific contractual matters.
• Ensure commercial risks are identified and managed across the scopes of work by controlling the overall project profile and opportunity review.
• Oversee contractual engagement for key subcontracts and major purchases to ensure risks are mitigated and opportunities managed; and
• Drive the commercial performance of awarded projects.
