Baker Hughes is seeking a Contracts & Commercial Manager – Tenders to lead negotiations for complex contractual agreements and strategic opportunities, shaping deal strategy and ensuring profitability. You will oversee Commercial and Contractual aspects of large-scale proposals and serve as the primary authority on contractual matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, legal, or energy-related field.
• Extensive contract management experience in energy, resources or capital construction environments.
• Proven track record improving project profitability, cash flow and controlling commercial risk.
• Strong ability to review, qualify and negotiate contracts and proposals.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead all contractual aspects of tenders, including commercial arrangements and negotiations.
• Maintain negotiations to meet specific commercial tender administration standards.
• Provide senior management with guidance on contractual matters.
• Identify and manage commercial risks across tender scopes and opportunities.
• Oversee subcontracts and major purchases to mitigate risk and seize opportunities.
• Drive handover and startup processes for awarded projects.
