Job summary

APA Group is seeking a Communications Business Partner to join the Sustainability and Corporate Affairs team in Melbourne or Sydney on a permanent, full-time basis. This role partners with senior leaders, delivering strategic communications and employee engagement to support performance and transformation.

Reporting to the Head of Corporate Communications, you will shape strategies across key portfolios, including Finance, Strategy & Technology and Legal, Governance & Regulation, helping leaders

Qualifications

• Significant experience in internal, corporate or strategic communications.
• Ability to build credibility with senior executives and act as trusted adviser on high-profile initiatives.
• Strong ability to translate complex topics into clear employee communications.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Group Executives and leadership teams to develop and deliver communication strategies aligned to priorities.
• Provide strategic communications counsel on major initiatives including technology adoption and change.
• Develop leadership communications such as Town Halls, updates, speeches and content for internal channels.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and influence outcomes.
• Collaborate with media, digital and broader teams to deliver consistent messaging.
• Measure and improve communication outcomes to support engagement and alignment.
