Job summary

Bega Group in Docklands (VIC) is seeking a Communications Partner to drive internal and change communications aligned with our strategy. You will partner with leaders and project teams to craft engaging stories that resonate across digital and intranet channels, strengthening alignment and adoption of key initiatives.

The role is hands-on, reporting to the Head of Change and Communications, with a hybrid work setup and three days in the office.

Qualifications

• Degree in Communications or Public Relations or equivalent.
• Experience delivering internal or corporate communications strategies.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication.
• Strong influencing, planning and project management skills.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, SharePoint and digital content tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver internal and change communication strategies in partnership with the Head of Change & Communications.
• Create engaging stories, materials and digital content for employee channels.
• Provide communication advice and support to leaders and project teams.
• Lead the annual communications calendar and manage channel governance.
• Measure impact and use insights to improve communication effectiveness.
