Job summary

PwC Australia is seeking a Corporate Communications Lead at Senior Manager level based in Sydney. You will shape internal communications, issues management and stakeholder engagement to inform and inspire thousands of people and partners across Australia.

You will partner with senior leaders, guide a high-performing team, and drive strategic campaigns at the intersection of people, culture and corporate strategy, delivering measurable outcomes and lasting connections across the firm.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in corporate communications or internal communications within a dynamic, high-profile organisation.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to lead complex work and deliver quality outcomes.
• Strong project management skills with a results-oriented approach.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships quickly and influence senior stakeholders effectively.
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic development and implementation of communications activity and issues management for People & Culture and enabling functions.
• Collaborate with Corporate Affairs leaders to craft campaigns delivered on time and on budget with measurable impact.
• Influence senior leaders and act as trusted advisor to internal stakeholders including Management Leadership Team and Governance Board.
• Develop and implement measures to assess the impact of communications outputs and capture feedback for improvement.
• Leverage leadership experience by coaching and guiding high-performing teams in corporate communications.
