Job summary

Slater and Gordon Lawyers seeks a Strategic Communications Specialist to join the Corporate Affairs team in Melbourne. You will translate strategy into clear narratives, lead communications for the firm's transformation, and craft executive messages, speaking notes and key messages for major moments.

You’ll work with senior leaders, change teams and stakeholders across the organisation. You will contribute to external campaigns and thought leadership while exploring AI-enabled tools to improve

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Communications or related discipline.
• 5–7 years' experience delivering internal, strategic or change communications in a complex, change-heavy environment.
• Experience developing executive communications, speaking notes, key messages or presentations.
• Experience supporting transformation, system implementation or process redesign programs, ideally in a regulated, professional services or legal environment.
• Experience measuring communication and engagement effectiveness.
• Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Express, Miro, Articulate, SharePoint, Teams or Viva.
• A collaborative approach and the confidence to work with senior stakeholders, change teams and program teams.
