Fremantle Ports is recruiting a Commercial Coordinator to support the commercial success of our business in Western Australia. Reporting to the General Manager, Customer & Commercial, you will manage customer relationships, assist with contract negotiations and develop customer-focused solutions that drive value.

You will work with customers, shipping industry stakeholders and internal teams across Fremantle Ports to deliver commercial outcomes, conduct market analysis and empower growth through

Qualifikationen

• Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in a commercial, business, logistics or related discipline.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and building trusted business relationships.
• Experience negotiating and managing commercial contracts.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and manage risk.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical and problem-solving capability with practical business solutions.
• Proactive, organised and collaborative approach with competing priorities.

Aufgaben

• Support the management and continuous improvement of commercial contracts and customer agreements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, tenants, operators and other key stakeholders.
• Assist with commercial negotiations and development of customer-focused solutions.
• Prepare commercial recommendations, business cases and approval papers with market/financial analysis.
• Identify opportunities to improve commercial performance, customer outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate customer onboarding activities and maintain contract information.
• Represent Fremantle Ports in industry forums and support stakeholder engagement.
